Lowest Price Guarantee

Terms and Conditions

1. The Low Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying purchase through the Smart Virtual Office web site. Qualifying purchase must include a minimum purchase of $99.
2. If you find a lower retail or prepaid rate for the virtual office plans on any other Virtual Office Providers within 24 hours following your confirmed reservation on Smart Virtual Office Singapore, Smart Virtual Office will match the price, provided the price offered is not on promotion but an ongoing price from the retailer.
3. To submit a price difference , send an email within 24 hours of your purchase to LowPriceGuarantee@smartvirtualoffice.com.sg containing the following information:
   • Booking confirmation number
   • Name
   • Email address of your account
   • Telephone number (including area code)
   • Complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower rate you found online for the same dates and plan type you purchased on smartvirtualoffice.com .sg

   The Customer Experience Team will contact you via email. If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, we will request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower on-line rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.

   • Upon verification of the lower online rate, Smart Virtual Office Singapore will match the difference to the credit card you used to make your virtual office plan purchase in approximately 7 - 10 business days.
   • The Low Price Guarantee applies only to on-line rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, AARP, AAA, military, government, or convention rates.
   • The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to plans rooms purchased through or in combination with loyalty, points or other reward type programs, or through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or transferred.
   • The Low Price Guarantee applies to the rate for standard virtual office prices only. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities not eligible.
   • Smart Virtual Office Singapore reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
   • Smart Virtual Office Singapore will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Low Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by Smart Virtual Singapore or their Affiliate or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to in any materials relating to rates backed by the Low Price Guarantee.
   • These Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions include and incorporate by reference the standard Smart Virtual Office Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire understanding between you and Smart Virtual Office relating to your Virtual Office Plan purchase.
   • Void where prohibited by law. Smart Virtual Office reserves the right to modify or cancel the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the smartvirtualOffice.com.sg web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Low Price Guarantee and the Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the smartvirtualOffice.com.sg web site.
